Posted below are results of only eight weeks of racing from the 1992 season of the Pt au Roche time trials, running from July into September. We are missing the entire early season, plus two weeks in July and August.
These eight result show 53 different riders recording 141 times, mostly on the 10-mile course, with several 5-mile riders and two who took on the long course, the 25-mile event.
This was the season when one rider turned in times that seemed too good to be true. It turned out that he was cutting the course, so his three times have been designated below as "Disqualified". (We have left the times in the lists to show just how incredible they were.)
Charlie Mitchell had two wins, three second place finishes and a third place on the 10-mile course, plus the season's fastest ride on the 25-mile course, and a playful win in the 5-mile event.

Tim Chien from Lake Placid rode three times and posted three wins, two of them ahead of Mitchell. Robert Thomas turned in the fastest ride of the season (22 min. 36 sec.).
Pam Joslyn dominated the women's competition with three fast rides, two of them under 26 minutes.
Mary Duprey rode just one event, then commenced a 21-month break in which she brought daughter Victoria into the world.
The busiest Wednesday saw 23 riders take to their bicycles.
Dave Bilow, Dale Crosby and Russ Bordeau rode all eight weeks, daughter Leane Bilow competed seven times in the 5-mile event, while Russ Bordeau and George Hubbell each participated on six occasions.
